Hi, I’m Lala + here is my story. . .
I’ve always been a person with a lot of ideas, interests, and things I want to create. For me, creativity has never really been just a hobby — it’s one of the ways I understand myself, connect with people, and make sense of life.
I first found my way into art during a difficult season when I needed an outlet for everything I was feeling. I started painting and customizing clothing, and what began as something personal eventually grew into Dopematik — a creative project centered around art, self-expression, and the idea that we can turn our experiences into something meaningful.
Over the years, I’ve explored a lot of different creative paths — from art and handmade projects to building websites, creating brands, experimenting with wellness, and dreaming up ways to bring people together. I’ve learned that I’m not meant to fit into just one box, and honestly, I don’t want to.
I’m also a certified health coach and have always been interested in holistic living, intentional habits, and the connection between creativity and feeling more like yourself. Those interests have naturally become part of how I live and the kinds of things I want to create and share.
Now I’m rebuilding my life in my 30s after making a big move from Illinois to Florida. It’s a new chapter, and I’m giving myself permission to explore, experiment, start over, and follow the ideas that excite me — even when I don’t have the whole path figured out yet.
That’s really what this space is about.
It’s where I get to bring all the different parts of me together — creativity, personal growth, wellness, dogs, art, entrepreneurship, community, and the everyday adventures in between.
I don’t have everything figured out. I’m building as I go, one idea, one project, and one connection at a time.

I’m a people person at heart. I love getting to know people, hearing their stories, and understanding what makes them tick. Whether I’m working on a website, caring for someone’s pup, creating art, or exploring a new idea, I believe the best things start with a genuine connection.
I like to listen, ask questions, get a feel for your vision, and then figure out how we can bring it to life. I’m curious by nature, so I’m always open to exploring new ideas and seeing where they lead.
